Seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients secure their legacies and ensure their wishes are honored. You will work closely with our current attorneys and our clients to understand their unique needs and develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to their specific circumstances. Must be able to Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives. Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection, and other legal considerations related to estate planning. Assist with probate and trust administration processes. Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide accurate and effective counsel.
